福鹿內衣自西元1970年創業以來，即秉持著『勤儉立業』的創業精神，三十多年來穩定成長，由內衣、內褲等衣著類的製造販賣、之後又跨足孕婦裝及童裝等區塊，創業之初以外銷中東、香港等地區市場主要發展區域，近年逐漸轉型內著類的OEM專業廠。

Fulu Underwear Business was founded in 1970 as a down-to-earth enterprise. It has since been growing steadily from manufacturing lingerie and underwear to maternity and children clothing. Fulu started its business by exporting to Middle East, Hong Kong and other major countries. In recent years, Fulu has transformed itself to an underwear OEM expertise factory.

As we enter the 21st century, Fulu will maintain its mission of continuous innovation and sustainable development. We are committed to providing our clients with high quality and professional service, and at the same time protect our environment. Fulu will continue to expand and diversify its business, and dedicating itself to a sustainable corporate concept of joint prosperity.

1970年創辦人蕭新福先生成立福鹿工廠於台南市長榮路，登記資本額100萬元，並開始製造生產。
1970 Fulu Factory was opened in TainanCity.

1971年與奇妮孕婦裝(Gennie's MATERNITY)公司合作,生產孕婦褲。
1971 Collaborated with Gennie’s Maternity to manufacture maternity clothing.

1971年成立福鹿品牌，生產222女彈性褲。
1971 Established Fulu Brand and manufactured women’s leggings.

1972年增購工業用縫紉機35台。
1972 Expanded by adding 35 more industrial sewing machines.

1979年福鹿內衣公司遷址於台南市開元路，資本額增加為500萬元。
1979 Fulu Underwear moved to new located and increased capital to NTD 5 million.

1995年購入台南縣中華路土地327平方公尺，設立中華新廠房。
Bought a land in TainanCounty and built a new factory.

1996年跨足童裝市場。
1996 Expanded to manufacturing children clothing.

1997年台南縣中華廠房開始生產童裝。
1997 Began manufacturing children clothing.

2000年資本額減資為400萬元。
2000 Decreased capital to NTD 4 million.

2005年開發竹炭男女內衣褲，同年10月生產銷售。
2005 Developed bamboo charcoal underwear and began manufacturing in October.

2008年前董事長蕭新福先生屆齡榮退，擔任福鹿內衣公司榮譽董事長，並聘蕭登元先生為董事長一職。
Former Chairman Hsiao Xin-Fu retired and appointed Xiao Deng-Yuan as Chairman.
